When will I get my order?
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders process and ship within 7-10 business days of placing the order and will ship economy/priority transit. Transit times will vary between shipping destination.
Refunds?
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hat purchases for any reason, including size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process for Apparel ONLY
Contact our Customer Service - info@caploversclub.com - within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
