What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless product is received damaged. If you have proof of damaged products please send all info to info@caploversclub.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on USPS’ website.
What size should I order?
Our hats are one size and adjustable. They fit up to a size 7 head.
Where are your hats made?
We design and produce all styles in the United States and, source materials from all over the world.
How do I care for this product?
Do not machine wash. Do not put in the dishwasher. Hand wash with cold water and hand soap. Dab with a wet rag to get stains out with soap. DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHER.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 7-10 days of ordering although they usually ship much faster depending on order volume.
