In the unlikely event you don't absolutely love your new merch, just let us know and we will refund your order right away.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7-10 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item. Please note, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
